D-Day looms for All Kasi, BFA in trademark war

The three were given seven days to surrender all apparels, which bear the Zebra mark, for destruction. BFA received their letter on Monday while the other two were given theirs the next day.

All Kasi director Barnes Maplanka said their lawyers are handling the matter. At the time of going to press last night Keitseng, through her lawyers, Tengo Rubadiri Attorneys, had not received any responses from the three parties.
Besides the demand to surrender clothing materials for destruction, Keitseng also wants a full account of all historic profits derived from the use of the logo.
