Clubs await grant balances

The Premier League Committee (PLC) is working around the clock to secure the remaining funds from broadcasting rights which would enable the disbursement of grants to clubs.

At the beginning of the season, clubs were each paid P38, 000 following the conclusion of a P3.5 million broadcasting rights deal between the PLC and state broadcaster, Botswana Television (Btv).

Each club will reportedly get P82, 000, which means each Premier League side would have received P120,000 in grants this season.
