Chiefs vow to avert player exodus

Mochudi Centre Chiefs have said they are going to do everything possible to avert a looming player exodus from the club.

Club spokesman, Clifford Mogomotsi confirmed that they have heard reports of departures but they are not bothered. He said there is always speculation of a player exodus from Chiefs, hence there is no cause for alarm.

"We are not bothered by such rumours. It is the off-season and the transfer window would soon open.  We are going to jealously guard the players that we have. One or two players might leave but Chiefs is going to remain with almost the entire squad," he said.
