Chiefs� Transitional Committee Talks Peace

Chiefs’ factions led by Ramocha Tsieng and Raymond Tsheko had been at each other’s throats as they fought for the control of the team. Tsieng claimed that they were the legitimate executive committee as they were set up as a society rather than a trust that was led by Tsheko.
The groups took the matter to court where they were ordered by the High Court to settle out of court and form an interim committee that would lead the club until elective meeting. Addressing Chiefs’ supporters for the first time on Saturday, chairperson, Chris Molomo said the weekend’s meeting was to pave way for peace after months of internal squabbles.
