A dramatic week in local football resulted in an embarrassing episode on Saturday when Mochudi Centre Chiefs players and referees staged a sit-in during the friendly match against visiting South African side, Kaizer Chiefs at the National Stadium.

The match was delayed for more than 20 minutes as referees demanded payment from the organisers, Capital Ideas.
