Chiefs Get Second Victory

Mochudi Centre Chiefs registered their second victory of the season when they defeated Extension Gunners 2-1 in a be MOBILE Premier League game at UB Stadium on Saturday.

The game will once again spark a debate as to whether local referees are able to maintain consistency especially when handling matches involving the big names.

Gunners' supporters  complained after the game that Lekgotla Johannes denied them a penalty in the second half. Although it was a difficult decision on the part of the referee, it appeared like Tshepo Motlhabankwe fouled Gunners' winger, Monageng Thaele in the box. What infuriated Gunners' supporters most was that from the alleged foul, Chiefs moved forward with the ball and scored the second goal.
