When the Premier League sides joined the race for the Coca-Cola Cup a fortnight ago, nobody thought the sleeping giants of Botswana football, Extension Gunners would go far.

But the Lobatse side has stunned pundits by progressing to the quarter-finals of a competition that has proved a nightmare to them for so many years. They need to cause another upset this Sunday when they face formidable national champions Mochudi Centre Chiefs in the main attraction of the quarter-final draw. The match takes place at the National Stadium.

Chiefs have not lost a competitive game since August last year when they were booted out of the Coca-Cola Cup quarter-final by BMC at the Lobatse Stadium. Magosi have won the 2007-2008 Premier League season without a loss and extended their good run to the Orange Kabelano Charity Cup. However, anything can happen when they meet Gunners on Sunday. Since their success in 1990s, Gunners have never won the Coke Cup and many people are of the opinion that their time has come again. This week, Gunners' fans were buzzing with confidence that their side can do the unthinkable - kick out Chiefs from the Coca-Cola Cup and bring their unbeaten run to an end.
