Can Buffaloes snatch title from Fighters?

Mogoditshane Fighters' coach, Botshelo 'Observer' Pelokgosi, has said title rivals, Mochudi Buffaloes, will need a miracle to stop his charges from returning to the Premier League when the two sides meet in a do-or-die duel tomorrow.

The coach made the confident declaration after Fighters ended Letlapeng's promotion hopes with a 3-2 win in Mogoditshane on Saturday. "Right now I would say we are almost there. I watched Buffaloes struggling against Masitaoka last week and I feel they would have no answers against us," Pelokgosi said. Fighters need only a point from the match with Buffaloes to be crowned champions of the First Division and gain automatic promotion to the Premier League. For Buffaloes, it is all or nothing. They need a win to overhaul Fighters and realise their long-held dream of winning the title and playing in the top-flight.

Pelokgosi does not believe Fighters' recent good results have been due to luck. He stated that they have been buoyant because of hard work and a change of attitude. He explained that when he arrived at the club from Killer Giants, he found that the players at Fighters were good but too comfortable with the technical team.
