Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) has announced the organising committee responsible for the hosting of the Men Zonal World Championships qualifiers next week.

The committee is chaired by BVF vice president in charge of technical affairs, George Keotsene, assisted by Tebogo Tsie (protocol and accreditation), Ruth Mbangwa (logistics), Ndibo Lebala (games organising), Maifala Kenosi (finance) and Martin Nkwe (publicity).

In an address to the media yesterday, BVF president, Daniel Molaodi said the team will deliver a successful competition.  Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia will join Botswana on Tuesday for the five-day competition to decide the teams that proceed to the African qualifiers.  Botswana won the bid to host the second stage of the qualifiers after Confederation of African Volleyball satisfied itself that the country has sufficient facilities.  The competition will be hosted in Molepolole with the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS) courts as the main venue.
