Buffaloes fail to rise to the occasion

However, the just-ended season has been nothing but a disappointment for the Mochudi side. Buffaloes did not look like the club that did so well in the previous season in the Coca-Cola Cup and the league.

They came close to getting promotion to the Premier League, only fading in the last stages and subsequently finishing at position three. In the Coca-Cola Cup, they fought all the way to the semis. They also got the better of their Big Brothers, Mochudi Centre Chiefs in the final of the Kgatleng Independence Cup.
