BRU optimistic in sponsor search

BRU secretary general, Ernest Mantsi told Mmegi Sport yesterday that they are working tirelessly to secure funding for the league. He said some companies have shown interest, but they have not yet reached an agreement with BRU.

 “I cannot reveal companies that have shown interest in sponsoring our league,” Mantsi said. “We have to sign a contract with them before we can make an announcement. I think we would be having a sponsor before July. We are expecting something before the league play-offs.”
