FRANCISTOWN: Sparks are expected to fly Saturday at the Francistown Stadium when ECCO City Greens welcome their nemesis in Mochudi Centre Chiefs in the first leg of the Mascom Top 8.

And with the P1million Mascom Top 8 bounty within reach of the two gladiators, the encounter is likely to have all ingredients that always made their past encounters a must-watch. The second leg will be in Gaborone in two weeks time.

The two teams did not arrive in the top 4 of the Mascom Top 8 by a fluke, as they are known for their respective formidability. To get to where they are, ECCO has won their games, home and away.  They played BMC at home and emerged 3-1 victors and in Lobatse where they defeated Daniel Nare's team 2-1.  On the other hand, Magosi clobbered Nico United 5-2 in the first leg in Gaborone. However, though Nico managed to beat them 2-0 in the second leg in Selebi Phikwe, Chiefs escaped by a superior goal difference.
