Bright puts his money on Mamoja-diskie

National U-23 Coach David Bright, who won three league titles with Mogoditshane Fighters, feels that current log leaders Ecco City Greens of Francistown have all the credentials to lift the trophy this season. "I hear some people dismiss them as no-hopers, but that team is likely to win the title this season, just watch them."

Bright was last week one of the victims of the Mamoja-diskie's massacre as they hammered his side 5-1, a heavy defeat that resulted in the coach being dismissed. "They are the most physically fit side in the Premiership at the moment. They work tirelessly and play as a unit.  They do not play fancy football with no direction, they tend to make timely passes, and their one-touch play is killing their opponents," added Bright.

He also predicted that ECCO City would beat Mochudi Centre Chiefs in their replay in Francistown. ECCO City went on to win the epic encounter 3-2, with goals from Malepa Bolelang (two) and Mandlaenkosi Sibanda.
