Branch angling for AMA success

Four-time motorcross titleholder, Ross Branch is back in the country after successful tours in South Africa and now aims for success in the prestigious AMA Championships in the United States of America (USA).

Branch's recent tour saw him compete in the South African Championships series held in Pietermaritzburg, Cape Town, and Polokwane last weekend.

In Pietermaritzburg, the 26-year-old won all his races before finishing third and second in Cape Town and Polokwane respectively. Branch was travelling with his 17-year-old understudy, Bartagnan Lobjoit, who continues to show progress in his riding career.
