FRANCISTOWN: First Division North side, Boteti Young Fighters face possible punishment following their supporters' rowdy behaviour in the match against rivals, Orapa Bucs, last weekend. Boteti supporters violently protested the referee's decisions in a game their side eventually lost 2-1.

First Division North secretary, Moraole Sikwane, said supporters invaded the pitch in the second half and were aggressive towards the referee.

Sikwane who was the match commissioner said supporters threatened the referee using vulgar language. Boteti supporters were incensed after Orapa Bucs scored the winning goal and play was briefly halted.
