BoBA set sights on olympics

The Botswana Boxing Association (BoBA) is looking beyond the forthcoming continental tournaments and has set its sights on preparing local pugilists for glory at next year's London Olympic Games.

Local boxers Bathusi Mogajane of BMC, UB Boxing Club's Oteng Oteng, Tirafalo Seoko of Kgalagadi Sands, Mmoloki Nogeng, Gomotsang Gaasite of BDF, Moabi Mothiba and Tsenang Mohuhuso have already qualified for September's All Africa Games to be held in Maputo, Mozambique.

The team has been allocated P160,000 as they gear up for the games and BoBA have said they are looking to prepare a team that can qualify for the Olympics.
