BoBA intensifies Olympic qualifiers preps

The Botswana Boxing Association (BoBA) has lined up a series of preparatory camps and tournaments for the national team in a bid to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics.

The team will take part in three international tournaments and one training camp before leaving for the Africa Olympic qualifiers set for Casablanca, Morocco in April and May.

The team, which has been in camp since mid-January, will depart to Mozambique at the beginning of March for an eight-nation tournament scheduled for March 2 to 4. From Mozambique, the team will head straight to Albania for another international tournament that will take place from March 7-12.
