Be MOBILE Premiership runners-up BMC have dumped five players who participated in the 2011/12 campaign as they start reinforcing for the coming term.

The Lobatse side has shown former Motlakase linkman, Hillary Madzivanyika, goalkeeper Takudzwa Ndoro, Lesego Lubinda, Atang Male and Thabang Dira the exit door. The club last week wrote release letters to the players indicating that due to financial constraints they (management) had decided to release them.Madzivanyika and Lubinda still had running contracts with the club, while Ndoro's contract had expired. Dira was on loan from Gaborone United (GU).But it is Ndoro's exit that comes as a surprise as he played all league matches this season and had an impressive run.

The club's head coach, Daniel 'Chicco' Nare admitted that the decision to free the Zimbabwean goal-minder was a huge gamble. BMC will likely depend on former Notwane and national team reserve goalkeeper Botlhe Moralo, who has recovered from a broken finger."When Ndoro's contract expired we said because we have been struggling with goals upfront let's look at options in attack instead of keeping him. We will have a choice of three strikers upfront because we are trying to avoid this thing of winning 1-0 all the time," Nare told Mmegi Sport. He added: "I'm very worried going into the new campaign because we have set standards that need to be maintained or even surpass and letting go of Ndoro who played well in all our games is a gamble."
