Officiating at a teachers’ umpiring clinic held at Mater Spei College recently, Tshume said they have not used the defensive player although it is sanctioned under Federation International of Volleyball (FIVB) rules. He or she is recognised by the different kit he or she wears in a game. A team is allowed two libero players with one allowed to play at a given time,” he explained.
