LOBATSE: Botswana Football Association (BFA) president Phillip Makgalemele has been described as a capable leader who can develop local soccer to a higher level.

South African Football Association (SAFA) president Molefhi Oliphant said on Friday that one of the reasons Botswana soccer has progressed in the last five years is because of Makgalemele's good vision and leadership.
