SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Selebi-Phikwe Botswana Football Association (BFA) regional committee has been thrown into a crisis following the resignation of four members.

The development comes less than two months after the region held elections. The officials who have resigned are secretary Mokwadi Raditsebe and three additional committee members, Ernest Molapisi, James Makuni and Thomas Malesela. Only chairperson, Michael Molefe and his deputy, Masego Ntsatsi remain in the committee.
The treasurer's position has not been filled meaning that the current committee cannot make a quorum to transact business.

The officials resigned after a fall-out with Molefe whom they say is a dictator.
They cite a case in which Molefe reversed a decision to honour his predecessor Tebro Onkabetse for his contribution to regional football. The resigned officials accuse Molefe of leaving out other committee members during the recent launch of the youth league.
