BFA irks Gabonamong again

The Botswana Football Association (BFA) has yet again peeved SuperSport and Zebras midfielder, Mogogi Gabonamong following a delay in paying his allowances amounting over P7, 500 for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Mali in Bamako four months ago.

The allowances include an appearance fee in the region of P2, 000, camping allowance of about P1, 200 and a travel allowance of P1, 000. The remaining P3, 500 is the appearance fee paid by the Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC).

Indications are that other players have received their dues from the September trip to the Malian capital, Bamako.
Gabonamong confirmed he was yet to receive his dues.
