BDF VI men will look to extend their lead at the top as the Mascom Volleyball League reaches the home stretch with action in Mahalapye and Jwaneng tomorrow.

The army side has two matches against struggling Tanian and Magstimela. BDF remains the only team yet to lose a match in the league. They resume the league with morale high after their recent win in the Capital Motors Tournament. Attackers, Oscar Agisanyang Kurwana and Loatile Tiro are expected to be instrumental in their weekend matches. Although they failed to stamp their authority in the Capital Motors final the two will be expected to pick form. BDF face a Tanian side currently languishing at the bottom of the log having won only two out of 12 games.

The log leaders' other opponents are Magstimela who are placed eighth after collecting 24 points. Getting maximum points from the weekend assignments looks guaranteed for the SSKB based outfit. Magstimela and Tanian will then both face fourth placed Kutlwano. The defending champions will hope to close in on their rivals as their quest to defend the league continues.
