OTSE: BDF VI coach Selebatso Mabutho is a man who does not tremble easily. Like the soldier he is, Mabutho was calmest man in Otse on Saturday even when it was the clear that his side was sinking in the BMW Capital Motors volleyball final. However, lady luck smiled on BDF VI who narrowly beat Mafolofolo 3-2 to become the inaugural champions of the tournament.

Mafolofolo gave BDF VI a tough time but Mabutho remained quiet and did not even bother to give any instructions to his charges. The duel started on a low note with BDF VI winning the first set and Mafolofolo taking the second. The recovery seemed to have given Mafolofolo motivation and they came firing from all cylinders to win the third set for a 2-1 lead.
