BCA receives awards

The BCA was honoured for excellence in the annual development programme awards. BCA development officer, Girish Ramakrishna said the first award was for photo of the year.

"This photo was taken by a freelance photographer during the first ever government Primary Schools league in October 2007," he said. Ramakrishna explained that the photo depicts a youngster playing cricket for the first time in his life. The youth was excited for holding on to a very spectacular catch.
