Bay United in bid to buy keeper Marumo

South African Premiership hopefuls Bay United will buy Botswana international goalkeeper Modiri Marumo outright when his current loan deal ends on Sunday.

Marumo has been with the club since last August and has made a major contribution to the club.  The Port Elizabeth club hopes to enter into serious negotiations with BDF XI in the next few weeks to make permanent the transfer of Marumo.

"My contract with Bay United was a loan deal so after Sunday game I'm coming back home. But they have assured me that they will buy me out of my contract with BDF if we make it to the PSL," Marumo told Mmegi Sport yesterday.
