Recently, Rollers' secretary Khumo Masonya said they realised they lost most games last season because they lacked an experienced leader especially in defence.

That is perhaps why the club has signed Kolagano. Though many might say that he is ageing, Kolagano is the kind of no-nonsense defender who Rollers need when the going gets tough.
