Anti-doping body demands answers from Jele

A fortnight ago, the nation woke up to the news that 400m runner, Lydia Jele had failed an out of competition doping test after taking a banned substance.

While there has been a veil of secrecy around the matter, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has demanded answers from the athlete.

Botswana Athletics Association (BAA) president, Thari Mooketsi said they are still waiting for a response from WADA, as the case is between the anti-doping body and the athlete.
