And now fans threaten boycott

As if the fiasco surrounding the availability of the UB Stadium were not enough, the Zebras' supporters are threatening to boycott the senior national team's friendly encounter against New Zealand tomorrow.

The game itself remained in serious doubt late yesterday although authorities were adamant it would go ahead.

The supporters say they will instead engage in social football to pass time starting at 2.30pm.
