Amos promises to deliver after IOC workshop

Troubled track star-cum-musician, Nijel Amos has said he is a changed man after attending last Saturday's workshop in Gaborone organised by the International Olympics Committee (IOC).

 The Olympic 800m silver medallist said the Athlete Career Programme (ACP) workshop was a wake-up call to him after a difficult phase in his life. He said the workshop came at the right time for him when he is facing challenges.

"There are so many challenges that I was facing in my career and this comes at the right time.
