Africa athletics chief salutes BAA

The Confederation of Athletics Association (CAA) president Hamad Malboum was in the country to sign the hosting agreement for the Africa Junior Athletics Championships. He gives Mmegi Sport Correspondent MOSAH MOKGANEDI his views on athletics in Botswana and Africa

Mmegi Sport: Having been here for a day, what do you make of Botswana athletics?

Malboum: I think the management is organised, they have an office where they run their day-to-day activities. I have been to more developed countries like South Africa and Kenya before and I think Botswana is better organised compared to them.
