Laone Radipodi and Theo Dithokwa make it into the 2025 MultiChoice Talent Factory Cohort

The MultiChoice Talent Factory (MTF) Academy, MultiChoice Africa's flagship corporate shared value initiative, continues to be a powerful catalyst for the growth of Africa’s creative industry.

Theo Dithokwa and Laone Radipodi are Batswana nominees for the MTF Class of 2025. They join an esteemed and growing pool of local alumni who are already making waves across the sector. Theo Dithokwa is a media studies graduate from the University of Botswana, with a passion for storytelling. His love for the art of filmmaking is evident in his student films and postgraduate engagements in the film industry.

His strengths lie in the technical side of filmmaking, including editing, visual effects and cinematography. On the creative side, he enjoys directing and storyboarding. Theo is currently experimenting with a wide range of projects at Ditiragalo Media, including but not limited to television dramas, documentaries, animation and digital media advertisements.
