What is to be done?

I have decided to start my discourse with words derived from a book titled "what is to be done" written by V.I.Lenin. I have decided to derive just a bit on "freedom of criticism".

Lenin said freedom of criticism is undoubtedly the most fashionable slogan at the present time and the one most frequently employed in the controversies. He said it is difficult to imagine anything more strangely than the solemn appeals to freedom of criticism made by one of the parties in dispute. Something must be wrong here, will be a comment of an onlooker who has heard this fashionable slogan repeated at every turn but has not yet penetrated the essence of the disagreement among the disputants.

Let me acknowledge that I do agree with this noble words and I can only respect people who subscribe to these words. Recently I have watched with dismay in the BNF. Some members feel that their party constitution stipulate that this coming July they demand a congress. Before I go further let me remind the central committee that congress is not called for the election of the central committee. It is called to discuss many items and the election of the central committee might be one of the items. What surprises me is that when party members call for a congress, in the minds of the BNF leadership they are only thinking of the leadership elections.
