Tlou sets record straight

I would like to put the record straight concerning the above captioned article which has a lot of misrepresentation of facts and distortion of information.

I have not expressed any frustrations with the dual responsibility for health services between the Ministry of Health and Local Government to the reporter; after all, there is "3 structure" in place called Primary Health Coordinating Committee which facilitates collaboration between the two ministries.

At this Committee, some of the issues discussed relate to staffing, training, drug supplies and so on.
