The Khama story was off the mark

In an article entitled of the "Of the Khamas, by the Khamas, for the Khamas", Mmegi, in its 27/2/09 edition, accuses the current administration of giving new meaning to such expressions as "puso 'ya rona le banna ba rona'" and "the family is as thick as thieves".

In support of its pretext the periodical presents its readers with a three-page tome, which it zealously claims "sketches out the Khama family tree, and its roots in government."

In its text the article profiles 16 individuals who by implication are supposed to form some sort of family circle running the Government.
