Thank you Be Mobile

This is to wish all the football loving people of Botswana a bumper season buoyed by the "new kid on the cellular block" in Be-Mobile.

 Well,  one cannot but marvel at the rate at which the local soccer is growing. If my ears are not failing me, the winners of the league will walk with a cool one million Pula! Be Mobile should inspire all those involved in the football fraternity.

Football club management teams should strive for the ultimate prize and this should be achieved through formulation of strategic goals, identification of suitable talent to assist in the realisation of the teams' envisaged strategic goals and values. I dare not forget talent management in here. How many times have we heard of "talent having gone to waste" stories in the world of football? I have heard stories about the likes of Dirang Moloi, and many more's talent being in disarray here and there. Here in South Africa, the likes of OJ Mabizela, Jabu Pule Malhangu come to mind. Clubs should now establish systems that will ensure that talent is spotted, nurtured and retained. We should have incentives to spur our players or simply to "pump up their performances" for the next games and seasons.
