Please prove that Khama is a dictator

This serves as a response to a letter published in Mmegi of 15 September 2009 purported to be written by one Oageng Batenegi.

Batenegi writes in his letter to the Editor that President Lieutenant General Seretse Khama Ian Khama is not and will never be a good President.

There are certain qualities, which I guess Batenegi is misled to believe are those of a president. First of all, I would like to advise Batenegi to familiarise himself with the constitution of Botswana, which outlines the requirements for one to be president. If it wasn't amended last night I can confidently say there is no where it says a president should be charismatic, predictable or even reserved.
