Plea for help

It is a surprising and sad news that we students who transfered from Limkokwing Malaysia to other universities within Malaysia have not yet received our December allowances.

Every one is in  the dark about the situation and now we no longer have hope that we will ever receive our money since we have tried our best to contact the new appointed education attache based in Beijing China and he seems not to be like a concerned parent because his approach towards the matter is unsatisfactory after numerous phone calls, his answer is: "It is not a problem, there is nothing I can do and there is nothing you can do. So just wait" that's it, he does not update us at all of what caused the problem and what is his next action. If we are told to wait, how long should we wait? Being foreigners, landlords are throwing us from their houses, not even to mention money to sustain ourselves.

This leaves a doubt on how he implements his portfolio as a civil servant to care for our welfare. Before he came, we used to receive our allowance well on time, but now new payrolls have been poorly implemented and this leaves us suffering.
