These institutions were not created on hypothetical grounds but targeted against (ill)defined subversives: counter-revolutionaries, communists, anti-Semites, freedom fighters and dissidents. The measures invariably fail to exorcise spooks imagined. Can the charlatan intelligence "masterminds" in the BDP, who wish to kill our emerging home-grown multi-party democratic culture, with their own DISS, on the basis of pure hypothesis, fair better?
