Our star is dimming

How sad that my fellow democrats are now coming forward and declaring disappointment with President Khama. How sad indeed for it's a little late... Some of us were at the inauguration.

When President Khama took to the podium, I said to myself, "our star can only shine brighter". Then came the four D's. To me, it was a classic example of a doctrine, ideology, whatever you may call it. And what has history taught us: BEWARE OF LEADERS WHO COME CARRYING DOCTRINES.I left the scene with a shrug of the shoulders and an exasperated sigh... Now look up the sky and see; our star is dimming. Thanks to our party leader, President Ian Khama.

It's clear now; we are witnessing some form of a personality cult taking shape. Even a DJ in a private radio station cannot poke fun at the President. It's not like the President is tuned in to Yarona fm. No Sir! His foot soldiers are. And "Discipline"! Yes Mr President.
