Welcome Mr Pele Moleta but...

Mr Moleta, you are coming into an organisation that is collapsing if staff turnover is anything to go by. It is quite frightening more so that it is impossible to get replacements or simply to attract replacements for those who left. Some departments have lost as much as 70 percent of their staff members without any effort to recruit let alone advertise these vacant posts.

The reason being that the salaries are just not worth even negotiating with a university graduate. Not that university graduates are not willing to take the posts, but as far as I remember, your post was the only one that was advertised extensively but the number of vacancies and the number of workers acting for vacant higher positions is currently shocking.  There is simply no interest in staff retention or recruiting the best that the market offers.
