Open Letter To Minister Of Defence And Security

Hello sir, Let me start by conveying my greetings and congratulating you for having been able to remain in cabinet since you entered parliament in 2004. This shows you impress your superior and you are valuable to cabinet therefore not a candidate to drop like your colleagues who have fallen out one after the other (e.g. the strong BDP chairman).

Anywhere I'm not writing this letter for that purpose but to focus on the sensitive issue of security. Please sir, don't "kill me" for this letter (I don't mean literally killing but the Setswana expression which is normally used to show someone remorse a ikoba), like when you say "o seka wa mpolaya tlhe rra/mma go tla late".

I just wanted to highlight to you something I have observed which disturbed me and I think it disturbed you too.
