NDF, BCP mourns own leader

We mourn his death, not only as evidence of our gratitude, respect and consideration for his selflessness and achievement in the politics of Botswana, but also as a pledge to continue the struggle for the total political and socio-economic transformation and independence of our motherland and the resultant betterment of the lives of the vast majority of its toiling and downtrodden citizens. Our tears should not drown the truth ,that a lot of our people have not realised the implementation of the brilliant ideas of the departed visionary, exemplary and humble revolutionary.

We pay homage not only to the icon of politics in Botswana, but also to a philosopher and a tireless genius who was able to grant constant and unconditional support, education and inspiration to the less fortunate human beings, both locally and internationally. We pray that at this moment of grief in our lives, a new understanding could be born between members of the opposition parties in Botswana. We should be content that it will be another significant achievement of Comrade KK, who was a passionate believer in the unity-in-diversity of our disparate organizations, if we achieve such unity.
