Minister Nkate wake up, and resign

I still remember the last time I aired my opinion in a newspaper and my major concern was about vision 2016 and our government letting us down in achieving our goals by 2016, I am still complaining.

First and foremost let me ask someone kind enough to clarify the meaning of the word 'transparent' for me in simple terms as I am failing to understand what it really means or I am somehow perplexed. For about a decade now our government as well as our leaders have been preaching what they call 'Vision 2016' and if my memory serves me well there is a pillar, which emphasises that by the year 2016 Botswana will be an 'accountable and transparent' nation, but it appears we are far from that because some individuals in president Khama's government are failing us as a nation to accomplish that.

Just recently I happened to watch the Btv news and let me be honest about this, I was so disillusioned at what I heard from the spokesperson of the troubled Ministry of Education. I wondered if her superior being the troubled Minister of Education, Jacob Nkate ordered her to utter lies on national television or she just decided on her own to say that but I reckon the minister had a say in that and that must be obvious to me.
