Mels' Message For The Year 2009

As we march towards general elections, we must remember as comrades, that only our structures can deliver change in this country. All comrades and compatriots must take pride, in the meeting of our structures and organs - the life and blood of our Movement depend on these meetings. More and more branches must be revived, weekly meetings must be the order of the day. 

While it is true that the BDP and BNF are moving towards suppression of their members; we can only benefit from these organisational mistakes if we are visible. We must put more emphasis in public political education, so that we can emphasise our ideological line. We must remember that the BCP, with its right wing policies, is also positioning itself to benefit from these organisational mistakes.
