Is There An Explanation?

Since Botswana's Independence in 1966 the country has continued to enjoy some level of stability in the African continent despite its citizenry being faced by many challenges like poverty, unemployment and the deadly HIV/AIDS.

The country has also seen some significant developments after the discovery of diamonds in Boteti District and Jwaneng.

The question is, did the diamonds revenue benefit all or a few capitalists and their cronies? Did the revenue inject developments to all districts of Botswana without favouritism or partisan?
