Is GTV a Multichoice clone?

Your commentary on the pay TV servicer providers is spot on (Mmegi - 21.08.2007). I was earger for the GTV launch, but it has proved to be a clone of MultiChoice.

It is in fact a bigger disappointment than MultiChoice is. Really, a wooping R245.00 for fewer than 15 channels! All they offer after watching football will be news channels, which are incidentally giving out same newslines all at the same time.

One does not need elementary economics to see that they are likely to fold up sooner rather that later. They must not try to think promises to Botswana Football Association will endear them to local football lovers. Can they simply explain what they meant when they said the service was going to be affordable to all TV owners, because their subcription and content packages do not reflect affordability. No wonder it is said "a salesperson can make a blind person buy a mirror ", all with the intention of profit maximising.
