Indeed Multi Choice stinks

I refer to the above-mentioned article of your as appeared in the Mmegi of the 14th August 2007 in which you state that Multichoice should, 'do the honourable thing and give back subscription money to the thousands of customers that they deceived.'

It was your comment and the disgruntlement that I have observed amongst the many people that got me to consider whether it could be possible to institute legal action of a class nature against Multichoice for the possible breach of contract to its subscribers when they withdrew certain channels without notice to their subscribers.

The main disgruntlement between us (subscribers) and Multichoice Africa Limited ("MCA") is that MCA has withdrawn without notice to subscribers channels 23 to 25 inclusive depriving the said subscribers of viewing the popular English premier league.
