These reports largely revolve around the alleged interference and meddling in the affairs of the IEC by PSP.
Quite frankly, it is a disturbing scenario when these two sacred offices of the land trade accusations through the media thus generating public interest in the issue and raising fundamental questions of who has the 'power and authority over whom'? It is therefore in the public interest to know the powers and functions of PSP versus those of SIEC.
