Good Work Mochudi Centre Chiefs

I would like to congratulate the present executive committee of Mochudi Centre Chiefs F.C. and all the members who contributed to the achievement of the new sponsorship-your perseverance, hard work, sacrifices and patience have paid back and that is highly appreciated keep it up and work harder.

We are happy for that,  and we also know that this achievement has made others unhappy hard luck for them.

A few things to point out; first the work you did shows us that you have a vision and its long-term. Our problem now is the implementation process, which can only be achieved if we tell ourselves that we shall be open/transparent, honest, sincere and faithful amongst ourselves as leaders. We had sponsors before who could afford to buy us kits and equipment or pay a coach's salary and that contribution saw us through those difficult times. Never the less we had within us greedy and unhappy people who made it their point that we remain stagnant as a club. For years we moved in a circle and I have all hopes that now you will be moving on a smooth road forward. With the sponsorship of this kind, my advice would be for you to establish a Board of Trustees and maybe a Project Committee (Staduim), easing the football club management to deal strictly with the players and their welfare. Responsibilities in this club can be taken care of by atleast one out of ten of our fans I am sure they have matured with time and we can realise the mobilisation of the supporters is a marvellous step ahead/achievement.A proper running of this club for now is to learn from past experiences whereby I once saw a lousy P3500.00 prize money blown to no Thebe. Within an hour after the game, everybody had a receipt to show that he bought food for a certain player or some other crap. Lack of vision got this club into many legal battles when they could have been avoided. So let us be careful and not behave like a pack of monkeys in the mealie field.
